Opportunity:

An existing client of GTS Scientific reached out for recruiting assistance for a key site leadership position in Quality at one of their marquee facilities in the United States. Our client is a global provider of mission critical products and services to customers in biopharma, healthcare, academia, and government. Our client had recently promoted a site Quality leader to a globally focused role in corporate Quality, and needed to put a Sr. Manager of Quality in place at their manufacturing facility, and they needed the person to start quickly so they could train with the old site Quality leader before they transitioned to a new role.

Solution:

The GTS recruiting team met with the hiring manager for the position as well as the client’s internal talent acquisition resource assigned to this position in order to define the profile of the candidate needed for the role, and strategize a gameplan to make sure the interview / offer process was streamline once the right candidate was identified.

The team at GTS had a large pool of candidates with Quality leadership backgrounds in the same region as our clients facility, and was able to utilize past connections as well as current job seekers on multiple job boards and professional networking groups to source and select the candidates with the best fit for this site Quality leadership position.

Result:

GTS was able to submit a qualified candidate to the hiring manager, of which the hiring manager and hiring team chose to move forward with for the position. This recruitment process was able to wrap up successfully and within the timeline needed by the client in order for the new hire to start and train with the role’s predecessor before they moved onto their new role within the company.
