CRO specializing in Bioanalytical testing partners with GTS Scientific to build out their Sample Management department

Opportunity:

One of GTS Scientific’s Philadelphia-based clients was purchased by private equity
near the beginning of 2022, and in the months to follow was tasked with growing 50%. A
major part of this growth plan for our client who is a CRO specializing in Bioanalytical
testing, was growing their sample management group at the staff level, as well as
replacing a long time manager of the group.

The scope of the needs for the sample management group:

Solution:

GTS Scientific has a history of supporting biopharma/biotech clients who have similar
needs in their own sample management groups. GTS was able to use their Applicant
Tracking System, as well as proactively reaching out to more passive candidates on
Linkedin and other job boards,

GTS was able to provide 18 candidates for the 6 Sample Management Coordinator
roles, with 6 of those 18 getting offers, and 100% of the offers being accepted. The
Manager Sample Management role was filled by 1 of 2 candidates GTS presented to
the client.
