Our client had recently received $10M in seed funding and was focused on building out their team in their wet lab in Philadelphia. The organization felt they needed an R&D Scientist with expertise using CRISPR to edit t cells, Flow Cytometry, and received a PhD in a related discipline.
Tasked with aggressive growth plans from their investors and Board of directors, our client felt pressure to find the right candidate, and find them quickly.
