A Philadelphia-based precision health company needed to build and grow their CLIA lab personnel to help meet company growth objectives. Their organization aimed to grow from about 10, to 120 employees and many positions required niche skillsets. Needing to grow quickly and find the right candidates that were also able to work onsite at their facility in the Greater Philadelphia area was top priority.
GTS Scientific utilized their vast pool of candidates in the life sciences and specifically precision health space to find, screen, and select the individuals who were a best fit for their clients needs.
