Our client is a large CRO that specializes in DMPK and Bioanalysis to support drug development. The team’s executives were looking to identify candidates with strong LCMS and Bioanalytical experience to expand their growing Bioanalytical division. This client asked GTS Scientific to assist in identifying top talent as quickly as possible.

Solution:

As an experienced scientific recruiting firm, GTS Scientific has a large pool of life sciences candidates across a broad range of skill sets that are regularly interacted with and engaged by our recruiting team. Upon initiation of this project, GTS staff notified suitable candidates from our talent pool and began screening those that were interested.

GTS managed the entire process of recruiting for these positions, allowing the company’s executives to focus on continuing their company-wide expansion plans. After screening candidates, GTS staff scheduled initial and preceding interviews with the hiring manager, and assisted in developing offer letters for the selected candidates. GTS staff also coached candidates throughout the entire interviewing process and provided consultation to the hiring manager in drafting mutually beneficial job offers for both the candidate and the company.

From July 2022 to September 2022, GTS Scientific screened a total of twenty qualified candidates for the open positions, fifteen of which were presented to the hiring manager. Of the fifteen presented, eleven candidates moved on to interview, and five job offers were made. Through liaising between the candidate and hiring manager, and providing the hiring manager with support and consultation, 4 out of 5 extended offers were accepted. The result was the successful hire of three bioanalytical scientists, and a bioanalytical assistant for our client within a time frame of three months.
